2. When I'm mad at my mother- in- law I e-mail her and tell her off instead of confronting her in person. Nothing gets solved and I come off as a nasty bitch instead of just irritated. Technology stops us from having to confront people. If you're not face to face you can't read the person to see just how far you've gone and how much damage you've done. It's easy to hurt people when you don't have to see them.
