Possibly by making things ready for use by or for many more people that would have to do this,that & the other FIRST !?! such as even if just 3 to 5 steps to go up by cane or wheel chair maybe just to cash a check !?!.. Many bank machines had been lowered !?! Or even placed out side/safe encloser !?! etc. & I think I've seen a change in the design of bus sheltors!?!... Oh & I think I was inside a MALL after a movie showing !?! But shortly before closing !?! Wthey would have what looked like robots as a part of the security !?! I'm not at all certain/sure !?! Maybe I should've tried to ask a few questions !?! .. but on second thought may've felt that they may want to take finger~prints incase I'm trying to grill someone to find out when might be the best hour to break in a MALL of all places ha ha ha Yesss times rRr cHaNgIn. r'`R`'r;a;wWw rRr'`.,.
