Correspondence Course In Intellectual Property Rights?

I'm planning to do a 1 year diploma course through correspondence in Intellectual property rights. Which University is better for it- NALSAR university, Hyderabad or National Law School, Bangalore ? The course fee is almost the same for both of them. As far as classes are concered, there are no classes. Only assignments which have to be mailed to the university and then there is the exam after a year.
